First of all, cut. it. out. with the hostility towards each other.

This is:

a) What you get for still following the game, like I said to in the rules
b) The last time any eliminated player can rejoin the game.

They don't get to partake in Challenge 11 (but that'll be over soon). They don't get to vote after Challenge 11, but they cannot be voted for.
