1st time took myweed eater toget fixed 4weeks later same problem again then took myriding mower toget fixed they called topick itup but Tells meon the phone ifI don’t come get itnow hewas going tosell itREALLY not been there 3weeks waiting onthem tofix Never NEVER again!!!!!

My husband and Ijust bought amower from this establishment and the gentleman who helped usout was sovery helpful and kind and wetruly appreciated the customer service.

They had lawn mower 1week called togo pick upwas told they were tobusy and hadn't been able towork onit, said itwill bedone the following week, called topick upthe second week and itstill wasn't done. Had topay $100tohave lawn care done. Finally 1month later they said itwas done husband went topick itup and itdidn't start! Was told they don't understand why but will get right onit. Paid for lawn care again $100! They called aweek later said there was bad gas inin and they cleaned itout and did whatever else. Aweek later they call and complain that they need the room tocome getit. Husband isa truck driver hetried topick itup but everytime hecalled they were either working onit orit wasn't done. Wepaid for lawn care again $100! Finally mower isdone they offer tobring itand tell usthey are delivering inan hour. Got the money and didn't show! Next day husband called they said they were going tobe here in45minutes. 2and ahalf hours later Icalled and was the person that answered was rude telling methey are busy, finally the lawnmower showsup! The driver “Lee” was extremely rude and had noapology for not coming when they said instead blamed all the problems onour mower! Including the gas going bad from sitting atthe shop! Wehave done business with Sam's for years, NEVER AGAIN!

Dropped ofmy son's gocart inMay, for the torepair asticking throttle. Checked inevery couple weeks tobe told soon, next week, may the week after. Iget that places are busy, but itgot tobe way too long.6months, SERIOUSLY! 6MONTHS. Finally Idrive there, inmycar, they tell methey can't fixit, noparts for that kind ofcart. Then was told the cart repair guy quit/fired. 6months not acall, nothing.So, our neighbor goes and picks upthe cart. These guys load itwith aforklift. Onto her small trailer. Now wehave acart that went infor asticking throttle, norepairs done, weget itback, with 2flat tires, and wont start atallnow, I'm sure from sitting inthe storage lot out inthe rain for 1/2ayear. Ifyou have acart there, y'all better call because they arent fixing anything. Asa side note, was told Icould pick the cart upon aSaturday, goup and arandom handwritten sign says onvacation until October 18th. Could have mentioned that when wewere there, orwhen wecalled toverify hours. Went the following Saturday, the 24th, OPEN sign ison, not asoul tobe found. NOREPAIRS, NOCOMMUNICATION, NOCUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW ONEARTH ARE YOU GUYS EVEN INBUSINESS?… – show

TERRIBLE customer service!! Had our gokart for 8months kept putting usoff then FINALLY told usthey couldn't fix itafter 8months!! Then went TWICE topick itup anthey were closed when wehad called ahead oftime anwere told they were open!! Will NEVER goback there again!!! DONOT RECOMMEND!!!

I've been using Sam's for years, todo myyearly maintenance, aswell asany repairs myHusqvarna riding mowers have needed. They've ALWAYS done anexcellent job atkeeping them intop operating condition ata reasonable rate, with timely service. Irecently had some issues with one ofmy mowers, that they repaired, but 10minutes into mowing, itbroke down again. Needless tosay, Iwas upset, and called tospeak tothe manager. Iexplained mymaintenance and repair record and that Ifelt ifeverything had been done correctly, Iwouldn't behaving these issues. Hetold meto bring itback, and hewould see toit that Iwas taken careof. Hewas true tohis word, and now I'm back ona like new machine. Iunderstand that they've been very short handed and working long hours due tocovid19, and God knows nobody's perfect, but hehandled this customer like agood, honest businessman should. And really, that's 5stars right there. Add tothat, the great service I've always gotten there…I will continue torecommend Sam's Small Engine.… – show
